Algeria, European Union Evaluate The Partnership Agreement

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sabri Boukadoum, will preside equally with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, the 12th meeting of the Association Council between Algeria and the European Union, here on Monday, to evaluate the partnership agreement between the two parties.

“The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sabri Boukadoum, will preside equally with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, the work of the twelfth session of the Partnership Council between Algeria and the European Union on December 7, 2020, through the video conference”, a statement of Algeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

“During this meeting of the highest coordination and political dialogue body stipulated in the Partnership Agreement between Algeria and the European Union, the two sides will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of relations and cooperation between Algeria and the European Union, particularly aspects related to political dialogue on bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common interest, and ways for the implementation of Partnership Agreement”, the Foreign Ministry’s statement added.

“The two parties will also discuss common priorities for the partnership between Algeria and the European Union for the coming years, and they will exchange views on mobility issues related to the migration file in its bilateral and comprehensive aspects”.
